Class Information - HipHop Dance

HipHop is a subculture that started in the early 1970's amongst urban African Americans and Latinos in the Bronx section of New York City. The four primary elements of HipHop are MC'ing (rapping), DJ'ing, graffiti and breakdancing. Today's HipHop is a high energy form of dance common in many clubs and modern dance competitions.

Nixpac offers a wide range of HipHop dance courses along with an extensive line of DJ'ing courses too. Our staff of dance instructors can teach you HipHop Bboy Breakdancing as well as Popping and Locking.
