Ed has been a ballroom dance instructor for over twenty years. He was trained and certified by Fred Astaire Dance Studios as a choreographer, teacher, and dance director. Supervising a successful Astaire School was good preparation for the eventual opening of Nixpac.

Ed has been featured as an accomplished actor in various television commercials and worked on various series including: Raven, Marker, Hawaii Five-O and Fantasy Island to name a few.
