The NixPAC Company gives intermediate and advanced dancers the opportunity to use the skills they learn in class on the stage. Students in Levels C through F may audition for the NixPAC Company and Apprentice Company. Members of the Company are given priority casting in all NixPAC performances. They are also expected to participate in community days, parades, and other events.

Company members are encouraged to take all Ballet classes offered for their level to maintain the level of excellence needed to perform in full-length productions. (A minimum of 3 Ballet classes per week is required of all Company members and a minimum of 2 Ballet classes per week for Apprentices.
